Our new memberships were created in response to feedback from parents who wanted a simpler, more convenient way to train. Memberships provide:

• A guaranteed place every week.
• No need to book each individual session.
• A simpler payment process.
• Better value for regular players.
• A clear commitment to your child's long-term development.

Ultimately, memberships allow us to spend less time on administration and more time delivering outstanding coaching experiences.

Session packs have served us well over the years, but they often led to inconsistent attendance, weekly administration and players missing out on the continuity that helps development.

Our new memberships create a simpler experience for families while giving every player the consistency they need to improve week after week.

A membership is the best option for families who attend regularly. Benefits include:

• Your child's place is automatically reserved each week.
• No need to remember weekly bookings.
• Better value than individual sessions.
• Uninterrupted progression throughout the season.
• Exclusive member-only benefits and offers.

If you prefer complete flexibility or only attend occasionally, individual session bookings remain available where spaces exist.

One of the biggest pieces of feedback we received was that families wanted less administration.

Your membership now secures your child's place every week, removing the need to remember weekly bookings whilst giving our coaches greater consistency within every training group. Simply turn up each week and enjoy your session.

Membership payments are collected automatically every six scheduled sessions using your chosen payment method. Your next six-session block is automatically set up before your final session in the current block, ensuring your child's place remains secured without interruption.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time, with your cancellation taking effect at the end of your current six-session membership period. No further payments will then be collected.

Your child's reserved place will be released at the end of your current membership period. Should you wish to return in the future, you'll simply need to purchase a new membership. If the class is full, we may be unable to guarantee your child's previous place.

Memberships are designed to reserve your child's place on an ongoing basis and therefore cannot currently be paused.

We know family life doesn't always go to plan. That's why every membership includes one flexible absence within each six-session block, allowing families to manage occasional holidays, illness or other commitments without affecting their membership.

As your membership reserves your child's place each week, additional missed sessions within the same block cannot be refunded, credited or carried forward.

No. Memberships are personal to the registered player and cannot be transferred to another participant.

Yes. Individual sessions remain available where spaces exist and can be booked without committing to a recurring membership.

Our coaching team will recommend the most suitable group based on your child's age, current ability and stage of development. If you're unsure, simply speak to one of our coaches or contact us before booking.

Great! Our coaching team continually assess every player and will recommend progression into another ability group whenever they feel the time is right.

Every child develops at a different rate. By grouping players by both age and ability, we can create sessions that are more enjoyable, appropriately challenging and better suited to every player's individual development.

This means increased confidence, improved learning and a clearer pathway through The 7 Academy.

No. Elite sessions are available by invitation or coach assessment only. These sessions are designed for players who consistently demonstrate the technical ability, attitude and commitment required to thrive in a high-performance environment.

No. Membership is not required to attend Talent ID events, 3v3 Festivals, Holiday Camps or other standalone events unless specifically stated.

Yes. Your next six-session block is automatically set up before your final session in the current block, ensuring your child's place remains secured without interruption — until you choose to cancel.

We'll always try to contact you first to help resolve any payment issue before your child's place is affected.

If we ever need to cancel a session or event, we'll contact all affected families as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution, such as an alternative date, account credit or refund where applicable.
