1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Bookings and payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are as published on our booking system and may be updated from time to time.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel sessions in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered.
4. Health and safety
All participants must be in good health and fit to participate. Parents and guardians are responsible for informing The 7 Academy of any medical conditions, injuries or allergies that may affect participation. The 7 Academy reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised.
5. Code of conduct
All participants and spectators are expected to comply with our Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from sessions without refund.
6. Liability
The 7 Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. Participation in football carries an inherent risk of injury. The 7 Academy does not accept liability for injury or loss of personal property except where caused by our negligence.
7. Photography and media
The 7 Academy may take photographs or video during sessions for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this. If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in promotional material, please notify us in writing.
