Code of Conduct
“At The 7 Academy, we wholly endorse the FA's Code of Conduct for players as well as anyone else involved in the game.”
Respect
There is an absolute requirement that everyone at The 7 Academy — players, parents, coaches, and guests — deserves respect and will be given it. Without exception.
Listen to the Coaches
We ask that all players and customers follow the directions of the coaches at all times. This keeps sessions safe, productive, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Play Fairly
We are committed to fair play in everything we do — regardless of the score, the opponent, or the circumstances. How you play matters as much as whether you win.
Play by the Rules
Rules exist so everyone can enjoy the game. We ask all players and participants to follow them — not just when it suits them, but consistently and with integrity.
No Abusive Language
Abusive, foul, or insulting language will not be tolerated at the facility — by players, parents, or spectators. We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of others.
Equality
Everyone has the right to play, irrespective of appearance, religion, race, gender, or sexuality. The 7 Academy is a place for every player. Always.
Any breach of the Code of Conduct may result in lesser or greater sanction, including exclusion from the facility at our discretion.
