How much slower is each player over 10 metres when they have to carry the ball? The smaller the number, the closer their dribbling speed is to their flat-out sprint. Under 0.10s earns the Glued On badge.

Biggest Improvers
The Icon tests record a first attempt and a best attempt. The jump between them shows who picked things up fastest — a different skill from raw speed, and one that matters just as much.

Under the hood
How the 7 Score works
Every test is turned into a rating from 45 to 99. A rating of 72 is bang on the group average; every 12 points is one standard deviation. So a 96 means a player was two standard deviations better than their group — genuinely rare.
The 7 Score is the average of the six ratings. Cards are Bronze below 72, Silver from 72, Gold from 80 and Elite from 88.
The Relative age switch re-scores every test against what players of exactly that age do across the whole academy — a seven-year-old in a U9/U10 group is judged against seven-year-olds, not nine-year-olds. Cards, tiers and boards all follow the adjusted score while it's on; the measured times never change.
- ACCAcceleration — Best of three attempts over 5 metres.
- PACPace — Best of three attempts over 10 metres.
- BALBall Speed — Best of three 10m sprints carrying the ball.
- DRIDribbling — Most gates cleared in 45 seconds, best of two.
- VISVision — Best score on the Icon FF Maestro test.
- REAReactions — Best score on the Icon Cube Maestro test.
